We Can’t Get Kujo Out Of Our Heads
By Hillary Hedstrom
A song that we can’t get enough of this week is Kujo’s edit of Rushing Back by Flume. He has transformed the song into a dance track. Equal parts dreamy and electronic, it’s going to be a necessary track for every post-corona house party.
Kujo grew up in a musical household, listening to music like Dean Martin and spending hours teaching himself the piano. The Chicago native fell in love with how music made people come together and create memories. He transferred his piano and guitar abilities to DJing over seven years ago and is still going strong. As much as Kujo loves playing live instruments, he also loves switching up some of his favorite tracks to create a new vibe and get the party started.
He boasts an impressive resume. Kujo has played at festivals like Lost Lands in 2018 at their Sound Camp stages, and North Coast in 2019.
Catch Kujo’s latest set this Friday, Oct. 23rd, at Dub-busters on our Twitch page. For more information, check our social media accounts.
